TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from SnusJoy, which you confirm by entering the website.

Prices
SnusJoy reserves the right to correct any errors in stated prices and to adjust prices without prior notice. All offers are subject to availability, and items may sell out.

Payment
Payment can be made using VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, or Mastercard. Charges will only be applied once the item has been shipped. All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT. Pricing errors and product availability are subject to change. Payment is processed when a tracking number is issued for the purchased item(s).

Delivery
Orders placed before 14:00 (2 PM) on business days will typically be shipped within 1-5 days.

Shipping is available to most European countries, as well as the USA and Canada. Rates vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout. Delivery can be made to your home or a nearby parcel shop via your local courier service.

Note: If the selected delivery point is full, the package may be redirected to the nearest available location. You will be notified if this occurs. Please contact customer service for assistance.

Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the destination. International shipments may experience delays. Some items may have special delivery terms clearly stated before purchase.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased on SnusJoy comply with local laws in their country. Please check your local regulations before ordering. Compliance with import laws and payment of any customs fees or taxes is the buyer’s responsibility. SnusJoy is not liable for customs delays, fines, or confiscations.

WARRANTY / RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

We provide a 2-year warranty under the European Sale of Goods Act covering material or manufacturing defects. Items may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted depending on the issue.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time, no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.

For returns, warranty claims, or exercising your right of withdrawal, items must be sent back to the original shipping address provided at purchase.

RIGHT OF RETURN

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please notify us by email within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel your purchase, clearly stating your intention to do so.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the items.

Return shipping costs, as well as the original shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.

REFUNDS

If your purchase is canceled, a refund will be issued via the original payment method after we receive the returned goods or sufficient proof of return.

Refunds will be minus return shipping costs and original shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
