These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through snusjoy.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from snusjoy.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your country of residence.

Prices

All prices on snusjoy.com are displayed in EUR and include VAT for customers within the European Union.

GFS Trading ApS reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust prices without prior notice. All offers are subject to availability, and orders are invoiced at the price applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Note for deliveries outside the EU: Customs duties, import VAT, excise taxes, or other fees may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the price and must be borne by the customer.

Payment

Payment for orders on snusjoy.com can be made using VISA, VISA Electron, or Mastercard.

Payment will be captured once the order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued.

Shipping Policy

Processing:
GFS Trading ApS aims to process all orders within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday).
A tracking number will be issued when the order is processed. Please note: The actual handover to the carrier may occur after the tracking number is issued, depending on the logistics provider and destination.

Orders are shipped via logistics partners such as GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Hermes.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery typically occurs within 2–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Delays & Exceptions
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or chargeback while the shipment is in transit.

Special delivery terms may apply to certain products. Any such conditions will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you act as the legal importer of the products in your country. You are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported and sold locally and for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other fees.

Shipments may be inspected, delayed, or refused by authorities. Costs incurred due to local import regulations, including return shipping or administrative fees, will be the customer’s responsibility.

Right of Withdrawal & Warranty

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, notify us by email within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days. Customers usually bear the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Warranty: Consumers have a 2-year right to claim defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects present at delivery but does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

Limitation of Liability

GFS Trading ApS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses unless mandatory law requires it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes arising from purchases made on snusjoy.com will be resolved by the courts of Denmark.
